Eat a Rainbow of Fruits & Vegetables every day

Aim to eat a range of different coloured fruit and vegetables each day - red/orange, green, brown, yellow and purple.

Fruit Kebabs

Step 1:

Cut up your favourite fruits into chunks.  Leave small fruit like grapes whole.

Eg.

  • Pineapple
  • Orange
  • Grapes
  • Strawberries
  • Apple
  • Melon

Step 2:

Thread different coloured chunks of fruit onto kebab sticks.  Enjoy!

  • Eggplant

Step 2:

Step 3:
