sKids (Safe Kids in Daily Supervision) is a franchise child care business. Our aim is to establish Out of School Care And Recreation (OSCAR) programmes that are fun and educational, recognising and catering for the needs of different communities. Our philosophy is “we care when you can’t be there”.
Out of school care is a growth industry in New Zealand, and sKids is the largest franchised provider, offering programmes in over 100 schools throughout the country.

Direct Franchise Opportunities:
sKids is a fast growing organisation looking for more owner operators who enjoy working with the children of their community. No formal qualifications are required as all training is provided, along with ongoing business support.
Subsidies for families using Out of School Care have opened the possibilities for privately owned sKids Centres to successfully work in less affluent areas. sKids Centres are registered and approved by Child, Youth and Family. Furthermore, they are recognised by Work and Income New Zealand, the body responsible for the distribution of the subsidy.

Master Franchise Opportunities:
We currently have Master Franchise Territories available Nationwide - some with company run sites ready for you to sell as Sub Franchises.
Full training and ongoing assistance with setting up sites and selling Sub Franchises is part of the package.
The strength and support of the Franchise system means that Master Franchisees don’t need previous business or teaching experience. The most important thing is to have a passion to help others succeed in business and to enjoy having fun!
